A Lazy Susan is a rotating tray placed on top of a table to aid in moving food on a large table or counter top. Thomas Jefferson is reputed to have invented the Lazy Susan, which has been in popular use since the 18th century. We use fully extracted barrel heads of genuine French wine barrels from the heart of California wine country.

Each Lazy Susan is a unique work of art. The barrel head is sanded smooth, yet it retains the rustic charm of the original French barrel head. It likely resembles the elegance that Jefferson sought with his original invention. This Handcrafted table piece is a decorative and functional addition to your dinner table and a wonderful conversation piece. It measures approximately 22" diameter.
